Character Bio

The Bastyla family was part of a mystical race called The Vessels.  They shared a symbotic relationship with entities known as Swords.  The Swords bestowed superhuman reflexes on their hosts and only took control during near-death events.  The Council tried recruiting them and failed. Soon they were all hunted down and killed. The only survivor was the youngest daughter. Each Sword manifested itself based on it's host's soul.  Bastyla's soul is full of vengeance so her Sword's form took on a more violent appearence.  She now works as a researcher in the Occult Annex of Paragon University with Professor Byshop. During her studies in Cimerora, she's found the Glatorious Armour and the Sword of Sanguinus; both help calm her soul.  Her search for a way to quiet her vengeful Sword continues...
