Character Bio

The enigmatic Tsoo warrior known only as Venomous Feng never speaks of his past, but it is known that he was once a respected and feared member of the clan of mystical criminals. No other Tsoo lieutenant has been seen to have the same powers as Feng, who can manifests his dark pact with powers left unspoken in two manners; energy pulled from the darkest netherworld as protective shields or a vampiric miasma, and quills of rigid bone that spring from his skin with alarming bursts of deadly projectiles. Silent and dangerous, Feng stalks the streets of Paragon City with an eye for somehow doing enough good to outweigh whatever dark sins stain his conscience. @Bobitron2
