As the young prospects trained in the depths of the Rogue Isles, one particular recruit caught the eye of Arbiter Cassius, favored of Ghost Widow. Sofia Antolaya was deadly and intelligent, with a light step and clear talent for infiltration and wetwork. She was trained by the Russian FSB as an assassin, with undercover experience in Chechnya, Belarus, Georgia, and the Ukraine. But it was not only Sofia?s intelligence and skills that were noticed. She also displayed a streak of ruthlessness and a casual disdain for how she was perceived by her classmates. She was selected for a team Black Widows hand-picked by Cassius. Squad Archaeidae was assigned to root out misconduct by members of Arachnos, regardless of affiliation or rank. Archaeidae was eventually betrayed by those they had acted against. With Cassius dead, Sofia barely escaped. Now she works outside the ranks of Arachnos, slowly positioning herself for revenge.
