Lovely! A chance to ponitifacte about my past! An autobiography, if you will. Very well! Curl up with a cup of Earl Grey and hear my tale. The year was 1867. The Crown's most renowned scientist, Dr. Jameson, discovered the existence of phlogstien, the lost element. It serves as a power source, and I, I am proud to say, was the first practical application. The phlogstien infused into my core can be released in waves of unfiltered power, inflicting grievous wounds on the criminal element. I was assigned to the elite Black Guard, a secretive group of bodyguards assigned to protect the Queen herself! Needless to say, I was exceedingly proud of my assignment. Service with distinction earned me a knighthood. The program was was eventually scuppered. I think the term Parliment used was 'mothballed'. In 2006, the Victorian Preservation Society in Paragon City purchased me as a curiousity, but they found I was no mere statue! Free to roam the colonies, I have decided to use my powers for good. @Bobitron
