Lieutenant Isobel Alcazar hails from a parallel reality where things might seem a little strange to the average resident of Paragon City: no electricity, a reliance on steam and the use of accumulators to store the energy in a battery-like glass tube, and a very different world order. Isobel?s native Espania has a very similar history to Spain, yet the Armada that sailed on England succeeded in its mission in her reality. Espania became the world?s first superpower centuries before the United States emerged in our reality. The Aeropatrulla is an elite force of sky-borne soldiers who focus on fast, deadly attacks against Espania?s enemies. Isobel led a team of the soldiers deep into the territory a powerful foe. They struck hard at a covert research lab rumoured to be the site of study into transdimensional gateways. Her team succeeded in destroying the base, but the resulting explosion tore a rift through the fabric of reality, leaving Isobel stranded in Paragon City. @Bobitron
