Operative description: Finally, the dedication to his theory paid off! It took years of research, millions of dollars in funding and almost all of his waking hours, but Dr. Marvin Spring finally found what he was looking for. There was a microscopic anomaly in the Earth's magnetic fields that existed whenever a hero or villain used any of their superpowers that dealt with gravitational energy or inertia and velocity. This anomaly, labeled by Dr. Spring as the G-Kin atom, could be harnessed if given the right technology to create a powerful dampening field within a containment unit. Dr. Spring created what he calls the G-Kin Emitter suit and is now travelling around Paragon City to test it.
