Character Bio

A mercenary with loyalty to no one but himself, Declaration of War earned his moniker on his first freelance job. He was to assassinate a young up and coming drug kingpin who had delusions of a military dictatorship. It was supposed to look like an accident. Pop up turrets, rockets and multiple grenades does not look like an accident. Enraged at the obvious opposition's blatant act of war, the nation in question engaged in a civil war that last 5 months and more than 37 million people died in the carnage. Ironically, both sides contacted him for jobs, which he completed. The war ended when UN forces invaded and peace talks and treaty talks were held.Declaration of War, meanwhile, had been hired again. No rest for the wicked.
