Ice Hammer has no memory of his origin. His first memory is standing in the middle of a design scrawled on the floor of the room he was in. It was in an abandoned building in Kings Row and no one else was around. He chose his name from his powers and all he knows is he was created to fight evil and protect the citizens of Paragon City.
