Character Bio

Dr. Sean Hinder is no stranger to superheroes. Since his days in college he's been an assistant to many gadget-oriented heroes, and has made numerous devices that have helped save Paragon City. Taking the spotlight himself, however, is somewhat new.

His latent powers of enervation have surfaced. With the ability to reduce foes to a mound of apathy, he is especially useful for taking criminals alive.
