Though offered a hefty salary and all the funding he would ever need, he turned down options for military contracts to avoid his science being used for mass warfare. Instead, Using these devices, he has joined the ranks of Paragon City's crimefighting populace, and hopes to protect the people, increase the peace, and apply his science to personally better mankind.
