Character Bio

After barely escaping the destruction of Boomtown in the first Rikti invasion, Cecilia Adams went to her big brother and asked his help in gaining powers to help answer Statesman's call to protect the city. With some help from Sister Psyche, she gained some minor psychic and electrical powers. It is hoped that over time her abilities will grow more powerful and varied.

Borrowing some armor, she set out to save the world. Or at least part of it.
