This succubus has come from Hell at her Master's command to send more workers down. Expansion of Hell has begun to make room for the 10th and 11th circles and many workers are needed. Pheonix runs around naked because it gives her more freedom to call upon her natural powers of fire and to expand her awareness to those few air magics that she's learned. Don't piss off this 'little' girl, or you may find yourself in the midst of a fire storm.
