The beans were embedded his body absorbed water out of the air. And his body seeped a dark liquid. Placing it in a container a lab assistant mistook it for his coffee taking a large gulp he choked slamming the glass down the tech blurted “Since when have you been making extra strong bad espresso??!?" The captain laughed at the tech’s expense but when the liquid was analyzed it really was very strong espresso, with trace elements of ectoplasm.
