Character Bio

An archaeology student from the University of Cap Au Diable, Freyja Gunnelfr was working on a dig site in a remote corner of southern Greenland uncovered by glacial recession caused by global warming. Breaking through a false wall, she uncovered what looked like the remains of an altar and a chest that called to her with a siren's song. Tired, punchy and a little mischevious, she opened the chest and donned the tarnished circlet she found within. Immediately, she felt a change come over her. Her body, never particularly toned, redistributed muscle and fat into the paragon of beauty. Her face cleared up the mysterious spots she could never quite get rid of. Her arms and legs began to wither and claw up, and she began hearing the voices of the souls of the dead. Now she is the avatar of the Norse goddess of the Underworld. She is Hel's Angel.
