Had things been different...
This is what he was meant to be. Dropping out, becoming a fighter, a gang enforcer, making a name for himself on the streets, 'til he was ambushed on the docks. Even he couldn't handle both the Fifth street mob and a nascent super. Beaten badly then dumped in the bay, he was exposed to severe toxic waste being illegally dumped.
It changed him. Altered him. Strengthened him and made him a danger to everything around him....
Now, he's out for payback. No heroes saved him, changed his ways here. No - now he wants blood.
