Character Bio

Phaedre is a childlike winter spirit from a magical world of elves and fairies. Unlike most pixies, she is not exactly mischievous, nor is she subtle; she delights in using her powers openly and violently. Whether she is simply insane or from an alternate dimension in which evil spirits are the norm is unclear. How she came to exist in plain view on Earth is equally a mystery. Thus far, no one has established any kind of intelligible discourse with her, but she does appear to be empathic. Using this limited channel of influence, the Cosmic Conquerors are able to direct Phaedre to the vicinity of their enemies, often with devastating results.
