Character Bio

Tempest grew up knowing that she was different. Both of her parents could do things that her friends parents could not but she was never to talk about her abilities, or the abilities of her family members.

She was trained as she grew older and was, from the beginning, very responsible with her powers. Having lived in a sub-culture that shelters the para-norms and having seen people, some her dearest friends, choose to use their abilities for less than noble reasons, Tempest vowed at an early age that she would not use her powers for selfish reasons.

At the age of 25 she came to Paragon City; a place where she did not have to hide what she was. For the acceptance and respect that she has received, she does her best to be worthy.
