Vangaurd Agent Rank: Classified Mission: Classified Water is no new comer to Paragon. It is believed she grew up in a lavish wealthy family and is well connected in the city. All that is known for sure is she fought in the first Rikti Invasion and was later recruited by the Vangaurd for a special infiltration unit. Rumor has it her name derives from her love of the canals and waterways of Talos and Founders Falls, perhaps a connection to her past.
