About 5 years ago, a young alley cat wondered into an abandoned building looking for shelter. Inside one of the rooms, there was a dull green glow. When the cat went to inspect the room, she saw only a small crystal shard in the center of the room. She noticed that the crystal gave off heat. Cold and exhausted, the cat curled up next to the crystal and promptly fell asleep.
While the cat slept, the crystal shard infused her body with it's power. The shard was used to working with human-type shapes, however. So when it transfered its healing power it also transformed the cat's body into a human shape.
When the cat woke up and stretched, she knew something was...................different, and the crystal seemed to have dissapeared. Confused and alone, the cat-girl stumbled from the building and wondered off.
Eventually, an off-duty hero, Auriel, saw this cat-woman and recognised her innate healing abilities. She decided to take her in and teach her to harness the healing power within her, and to talk
