Character Bio

History has forgotten Parting Shot. Decades ago, armed only with his bow and preternatual leadership, Parting Shot led his followers on a glorious rampage of destruction and chaos. His efforts were thwarted by the advanced technology of the then-new D.A.T.A. and the rising heroes of Paragon City. They thought him destroyed, but instead, he was banished to limbo, neither living nor dead. Unknown forces freed Parting Shot, and he returned to find the world much different than he left it. Arrows have been replaced by bullets, but men still thirst for a leader. Parting Shot is only too happy to oblidge. History has forgotten him. He will make it remember.
