When Seeker209 was disgraced, he took his designation as his name until that name could be cleared. He had made powerful enemies, who had worked to set him up.
When he left the Empire on the journey that would lead him to Earth, Paragon City and a life of heroics - he didn't know he would be followed by the same person who set him up - now vowing to destroy him utterly.
