Character Bio

Jack MacCleod was a meteorologist with a keen interest in geology hailing from the highlands of Scotland. He would collect rock samples and keep them in his self-designed laboratory. On a stormy night he carried out experiments with the differnet types of rock in the hope that he could find some properties in them which could one day benefit humanity. One unfortunately timed and placed lightining strike hit his laboratory and channelled through all the chemicals he was using on his rocks to give him mastery over the Earth itself and the weather. He could manipulate the rocks and weather in any way he wanted. After hearing about the many troubles of Paragon City he decided he could make better use of his powers here. In a way he did achieve his dream by opposing the forces of evil and saving people with his powers.
