Ex-guard and "test subject" at Crey Labs, Sheila Kandinsky trained her body, honing her mutant toughness to its peak and becoming a dervish of fighting fury. An incredibly seamy sexual harrassment episode led to Sheila leaving Crey and striking out on her own. Noting the arrival of Kid Decorum, honoring rising hero Decorum, she decided the "franchise" could use a female contingent.

After resolving the problem of Deportment Blue and Deportment Gold, Deportment has opened a small privately owned company known as Protocol Investigations, taking free-lance work from various Paragon organizations.
