Character Bio

Crey Corp has long sought improved security in a world of increasing metahuman activity, and have a history of creaing their own metahuman champions. One early program implanted personnel with synthetic muscles driven by special bioelectric generator organs. Augmented bones and nanite-hardened tissues rounded out super strong and durable operatives.

Sadly, the bioelectric organs interfered with human neurology. The test subjects went insane, breaking out of the South American facility that produced them. Four were killed or died. One escaped and survived. Her name was Victoria Tempest.

After weeks of wandering Victoria eventually stabilized mentally. Fearing the outcome of a return to Crey, she went freelance, selling enforcement services to rebel groups, drug cartels and others. After several years she was captured by a team of heroes, extradited to the US, and sent to the Zig.

Free again, Victoria sells mercenary services in the Rogue Isles, using brute force to make her fortune.
