Character Bio

The demons called 'Wailers' are well known on the Rogue Isles, but it is not the first place they have plied their trade. Twenty five years ago similar beings were recorded near the estate of Angela Dragomir, a Romanian heiress who soon after grew immensely in wealth and European influence. Some believe she bargained with demons and sold more than her soul.

Though unmarried, Angela bore a daughter, Ana. Most assumed Ana's father was one of her mother's many suitors. But as she matured, rumors surfaced of strange powers over sound and song, and both an interest in the dark arts and the black heart to pursue them in earnest, all suggesting a different lineage. During the Rikti War she was seen using metahuman powes against the Rikti in Bucharest.

Eventually, Ana was arrested by an INTERPOL metahuman team during an illegal artifact sting and extradited to the US for thefts committed there before the War. She was in the Zig when Arachnos struck, and now seeks new opportunites on the Rogue Isles.
