Character Bio

Dean "Deadface" Fasco received his unfortunate nickname in college, where he was known for his vacant emotionless visage and general lack of socializing.  After years of peer pressure and taunting, he decided to attend a campus costume party.  Lacking anything close to a costume, he donned a mix of clothing and lab equipment, hoping to pass himself off as some kind of Cyberpunk.  For the most part, it worked - until someone spilled beer all over the Electron Flux Transducer he had fashioned into a chestplate.  Green electricity arced across his skin, and soon his head erupted in flames.  Everyone fled as the building burned down around them, leaving Dean to his fate.  Days later a cleanup crew found him in the rubble, barely alive, fused with his equipment, and lacking a face.  As it turned out, the party was really a Henchman recruiting drive for a local supervillain, and so Deadface used his new abilities and appearance to take up a heroic mantle.
