Character Bio

Eli Perchet was a child when his mother and he fled Port Oakes on a leaky boat. A dissident in the Rogue Isles, Eli's mother knew that her life was in danger. Unfortunately, the boat sank off the coast of the United States. The survivors were attacked by sharks and Eli's mother was killed. Rescued by a trawler, the horribly injured boy was taken in by his uncle in Paragon City. Eli became the center of an international standoff when his father, a loyal Rogue Islander, insisted his son be returned to him.

When Galaxy City was destroyed months later, Eli escaped with Arachnos. Eli became a national hero in the Rogue Isles. Dr. Aeon became his guardian after his father died in a tragic accident. Dr. Aeon assisted Eli in developing his psionic abilities and invented cybernetic arms that gave Eli control over electricity. Now a teenager, Eli  views himself as a hero, but by the Rogue Isles' standards of right and wrong. He is devoted to Arachnos and views the US as a superpower that oppresses his homeland.
