Character Bio
(RP) Plasma Stream has gone through the Hero program more times than almost any other heroine. Each time she reaches Hero of the City, she looks for a new way to train herself, a new way to improve her abilities and return to the fight to protect the people of the world.
Taking the Ninja training, she had learned from a member of the Guardian Force years ago, paired with her own indomitable will she is back on the streets of Paragon as the Plasma Whirlwind.
