Character Bio

David Tran is the son of Manuel Marcone and his mistress Hyunh Tran. David and his mother were kept secret from Marcone's family and lived in a nice apartment in St. Martial. When Manuel was arrested, Hyunh fled with her son to Paragon City, where she stayed with relatives in Galaxy City. Often harrassed by the police trying to get information on Family business, David and his mother had little peace. When Galaxy was destroyed, the Tran family was wiped out with the exception of David, who manifested the Marcone family powers for the first time.

In his anger and grief, David decided to go to Port Oakes to claim his birthright, a portion of the Marcone family empire. Emil was not happy to meet his bastard half brother and attempted to destroy David and his Verandi rivals all at once. David survived and his powers have grown enormously. He has since worked for Johnny Sonata and is becoming disillusioned and distressed about his crimes.
