Character Bio

Ken Rogers was born after a exposive incident in the residential district of Neutropolis and was so with a strange condition, he was born with a green tail which his parents felt was odd. He later learned of his kinetic ability to drain power into himself and use that power to defend himself, this later led to many problems invovling the PPD where they assualted his home and killed his parents. He was backed to a wall and in a state of panic something in him snapped and the beast within grew out the tail was only a sign of his true form a powerful wolf capable of draining the power from his foes and using that power to fight back. The PPD payed for his parents deaths and he was left to fend for himself for a long time untill the resistance found him and asked him to help them in their cause. Ken accepted and eventually came to be called Kenetic Ranger using his powers to draw opon others increasing his own and once he was would fire arrows with blazing speed.
