Character Bio

Growing up in Kings Row was hard for young Frank Collins. Born to a poor car garage owning and dance school family, he learned more about cars and choreography before he learned to ride a bike. But the streets were tough and Frank quickly learned that to survive, he?d have to be tough right back. He joined a local gang of greasers at age 15 and by age 21 had risen to leadership. With a mixture of his upbringing, he and his gang performed their crimes with perfect moves and strength. That was, until he and his gang finally got busted. Now sprung loose in the Rouge Isles, Frank started a new gang called The Screaming Wheels, and calls himself The Greaser King. Ruling with an iron fist and amazing dance steps, this thug and his gang are not to be crossed.
