The District Manager?s first attempt at creating an endless clone army for Conglomerate was to create them from plants. While it was a breakthrough, it was a failed idea and scrapped. The only survivor was the first and perfect specimen code named Toxicodendron Vernix. Able to control and create plants as well as attack with thorns, he is a marvel of modern science as well as a force to be reckoned with. As The District Manager?s pride and joy creation, he proudly fights in the name of The Conglomerate.
