Character Bio

Amy Raitsa was born a mutant capable of using ice, manisfesting it at will and she loved it but due to her power she could barely control it without a cool enviroment so she prefered snow regions. As such she used to live in the mountains where she was a lovely skier. Sadly her life there ended when crey who didn't know better kidnapped her and did horrible experiments on her body. In the weeks following she was abused and transformed to the point that her heart had lost all feeling she was a monster with a catlike appearence. After which they designed a suit to which once in would keep her body cold all the time perfect for her powers. They made her into a unfeeling weapon that they could control with a device on her head as a feild test they choose to release her into Paragon city at Galaxy where the Shivans were attacking but during the attack the control device was damaged and her entire pshyce altered. She snapped back to herself only to find she lost emotion and feeling towards others being cold inside
