A ordinary man Richard Sion housed many special artifacts at home in galaxy city and it was here his destiny awaited him for one of these artifacts was ancient Pendent from medevil times was said to harness a soul of a great warrior. Ever cautious Richard never took the pendent out of it's safe but in his mind he had a thirst of temptation to do so. When Galaxy city was attacked he saw shivans charge into his home and he grabbed the pendent from the glass jar, the pendent unleashed the soul onto his body and withen moment the soul had merged with his own just as the house fell down around him. He arouse transformed a powerful man a shield and sword had materilalized in his hands and a overwhelming sense of justice took over he realized now that he was forever changed to become a sion of justice, a knight of good, a justicar of strength so as he weilded his mighty sword and brought forth his shield he roared out "I AM JUSTICAR SION AND EVIL SHAL FEAR MY NAME."
