Character Bio

Chris Simpson had been a cop for 25 years. His last promotion, to Lieutenant, stuck him behind a desk and added a nice chunk to his retirement account. It also bored him silly. When his wife was given the opportunity to go to work for a lucrative insurance firm in Paragon City, he didn't have to have his arm twisted to retire.

He soon discovered there was still more to life than playing MMOs, trout fishing, and being a house-husband. After spending some time learning sai techniques with an S.C.A. group, he decided he'd had enough. Taking all his skills with him, he registered as a hero, figuring it would give him more exercise. It also gave him a distraction when his wife left him for the firm's C.E.O.  Such is life of a hero, it seems.
