Samuel Maxwell had always had a head for business and control. However, although he was able to start businesses, they always ended in failure because he couldn?t find a good product to sell. That all changed in 1998 when he and his lieutenants gathered a small army and broke into a Crey lab in New York. 8 years later he opened the Conglomerate Company in the Rouge Isles and was a success, putting it toe-to-toe with Crey. Conglomerate is responsible for half of all products made and used in the Isles. Calling himself The Regional Manager, Sam is actually working on domination of not only this world, but all other dimensions as well. The constant thorn in his side is Disco Lord and his Boogie Knights. Conglomerate is most famous for such products as weapons of mass destruction, robots, chemical, twisty ties, medicine, above-ground pools, and even Arachnos helmets.
