Character Bio

Tal Kanz never talked about his planet, or how Earth's energies charged his body. As Captain Superior, he kept no secret identity; he was just "Cap." Happy helping lead the SOLUS Collective?s heroes, he lived with them and through them. He was ?Uncle? to their children, ?Son? to their parents, mentor to them all.

In 2002, the Rikti came. During the first six months, they lost most of their team. As new leader, Cap saw the Rikti destroy their base and kill most of their members. The remainder fell while evacuating a hospital that was under attack by Rikti forces. In 2005 they found him, comatose beneath the ruins of the fallen building - his right arm vaporized, his uniform in tatters. Though now fully recovered, his arm regenerated, he often wears the shell of his cybernetic arm as a reminder of his fallen friends and of his responsibility to insure no others fall on his watch.

He is currently undercover in the Rogue Isles as "Valorius."
