Chad Katsaros is a 22-year-old delivery driver for Lanzerotto's Wholesale Foods. He lives in and works in King's Row. Back in March, he came home drunk one night and accidentally broke a mirror his roommate had left sitting around.

As it turns out, his roommate was in the Skulls and the mirror was actually a stolen magical artifact. Breaking it placed a rather nasty curse on Chad: spines painfully jutted out of his body in all directions and the air around him darkened ominously.

Having utterly no control over this and being rather disoriented from the pain and continued intoxication, he ended up going outside in a mind-befuddled attempt to seek help. Fortunately, an Asphalt Angel who recognized him happened to come to the scene and got him help from Witch Whisper rather than sending him to the Zig.

Whisper could not break the curse, but was able to put it under Chad's control. After some reflection, he decided to start moonlighting with the Asphalt Angels as a hero.
