Jessie Tucker followed the glowing green trail that had sprung from the sky to pass directly in front of her car. Jessie's curiousity got her a six month stay in the hospital for radiation exposure. But, oddly, she learned that the radiation had done more than harm. It had completely changed her cellular metabolism. At her mother's suggestion, she choose a patriotic theme to aid the heroes of Paragon City.
