An odd chill surrounds this gentleman, who appears to be dressed as though he just stepped out of a spaghetti western. Noting you looking at him, he touches the brim of his hat in recognition.

(( For those who can sense it: While clearly not dead himself, Bill seems to be intrinsically tied up by some ghostly presences or magic power. An awful lot of it.

When revived from horrific injury or death, there is a faint smell of burning celluloid, if anyone is able to recognise it. This smell is also present at times when his shadow becomes disconnected from him (Dark Servant). Bill doesn't appear aware of the smell, or the issues with his shadow.))
