Many heroes who work closely with Hero Corps or the Vanguard may recognise this nervous young woman by her helmet and crashpads as one Lia Bezerra, more generally known as 'Boom'. Warnings have been circulated about Boom's amazing mutant ability to cause just about any substance to explode. Any.

Rumours abound as to incidents which occured in Boom's earlier life in Brazil, yet most of these are considered to be overexaggerations. In any case it is generally agreed upon that it's best not to get Boom too distressed.

(( She speaks excellent english, though with a mild accent. One of her eyes is a very dark brown, the other a soft grey. The grey one looks remarkably similar to the Androgyne's eye colour for those who would recognise it.  ))
