Character Bio

Dobby Brake was born in Long Island, New York. Dobby has the mutant ability to radically decrease the temperature of ambient water vapor in his immediate environment, thereby freezing it into ice. He can form a variety of objects out of this ice, freeze his foes in place, or even turn himself into organic ice. He can withstand sub-zero temperatures and view the world as thermal signatures.

Like his friend, Not Jean, Dobby never joined a group of teenage mutant superheroes.
