Character Bio

Sara Templeton's father was a member in a secret order dedicated to retrieving magical artifacts and to hiding them from evil forces. Sara was 16 when he revealed this and brought her on an expedition near the site of Asyut, Egypt. Its goal: the Eye of Anubis - an amulet with power over life and death. The day they found the Eye their camp was attacked by unidentified foes. Sara's father gave his life to cover her escape with the Eye, and she fled into the open desert. She emerged weeks later without the Eye, but mysteriously infused with its power.

That was in 1922.

Sara stopped aging when she reached adulthood. She now recovers from wounds near-instantly and is stronger and faster than seems possible for a woman of her build. Experienced in combat from years of defending her father's order, her fists also seethe with Anubis' power over death, making her blows formidable. Eventually drawn to Paragon City because of the influx of artifacts there, Sara has found a new home as one of Paragon's heroes.
