Character Bio

John Winslow and his brother Ralph were left orphaned by the hollowing in The Hollows. Their parents were driving them both home when all of a sudden the road gave way beneath them. Only the 2 brothers survived that tragic event. John was left to try and raise his brother in an area now run over by the 3 strongest factions in the zone, the Outcasts, Trolls and Circle of Thorns. In order to protect his younger brother he decided that he needed to become as strong as his enemies. He believed his answer lied in the superadine the trolls were taking. He allied himself with the Trolls by sabotaging Outcast operations and destroying several of their bases. In return the Trolls gave him what he wanted, the superadine. He started taking them to bulk himself up. As with all drugs he became addicted and took too much one time, seriously damaging his body. He went into a coma but the side-effects of the drug turned him into a huge monster of a man. Once the transformation stopped he became Bruticus.
