Character Bio

Some time ago an FBSA executive had an idea; to create a joint project between the branches to give recognized heroes more than they had learned from their origin's branch of the FBSA. Project S.E.f.I.a.A. G.A.P. was born. It would bridge the "gap" between origins so to speak. The Scientific Experimentation for Insight and Application to Genetically Altered People. The project combined the best researchers&innovators of SERAPH, ELITE, and GIFT. The plan was to enhance the powers of a mutant with technology, catalyzed together with scientific discoveries from SERAPH.

GIFT immediately recommended Psychic Guardian, a veteran Hero of their branch always seeking new information on potential "powers". PG was equipped with an experimental gun and portable powersource. This new weapon would allow PG to focus his psionic abilities through a gem mounted on the gun, blasting the energy out of it at a much higher magnitude.
