Character Bio

Francine Kobaczek was, once upon a time, an archaeologist hailing from Michigan's upper peninsula. While on a dig, she found an elegantly crafted tiara of an odd purplish metal, in shockingly good condition. When a colleague jokingly placed it on her head, the circlet activated her latent psi ability and magically fused to her, baring her mind to the madness of a mad "Goddess" of love that had been trapped in the crown and corrupted by isolation.

Now, Fran and her resident deity vie for dominance; Fran only wants to return to normal life, while the "Goddess" (who Fran has taken to calling Shirley for some unknown reason) wants nothing more than the submission and adoration of all mortals on Earth. 

Since Shirley's idea of love involves mind-whammies, this is a problem. Narrowly escaping during an argument with herself, a reporter misheard her: ("SUBMIT!" "Noh'WAY, hoser!") and dubbed the madwoman "Nohweh"
