Character Bio

The last daughter of a dying planet sent to Earth as an infant to escape her home's destruction, Catherine Murphy lived with her adoptive parents until they were murdered in front of her by a mugger when she was 17. While attending college, Cat took a keen interest in the R&D department of her parents' corporation; she was bitten by a radioactive kitten while helping with an experiment.
At this point, Cat said, "**** it," and decided if the world wanted her to be a superhero, she'd better go along with it before she went blind or turned green or something.
