A beachgoer describes a being she identifies as resembling a Coralax abomination but with fins and icecrystals with water flowing from its back emerging from the waters off the North East shores of Talos Island. She states after it was fully out of the sea it's icycoating,crystals,fins, and water vanished and a seemingly human-made suit replaced it, covering what appeared to be human skin. She pointed out that the suit seemed to provide airtight coverage of it's body, including a deepsea-exploration suit style helmet, although rather than filled with air it was filled with water.

After calling the Freedom Corps emergency hotline she explains it left the beach, startled a group of Tsoo and Warriors who then attacked, and it devasted them with a combination of Water and Ice attacks.

Question for thought: Is he a hero, or perhaps a villain or neutral aligned super-being that was defending itself?
