Character Bio

Thomas Dolby was a lineman for Paragon City Dept. of Light and Power. A rather content and unobtrusive man he toiled away all over town keeping the power flowing and the people happy. All that changed on a Tuesday afternoon, a rift in time and space opened and through it fell a powerfully charged Deadman45, he fell to earth unconscious and smacked right into a transformer near Thomas. The combination of the electricity and the strange energy stored in Deadman's armor coursed through Thomas' body altering his body in such a way that he is forever generating huge amounts of high voltage. No longer a mere lineman, he has chosen to use this gift to make Paragon a safer and more stable city. In honor of the hero who changed his life he has added "Deadman" to his new name....HIGH VOLTAGE!!!
