Character Bio

Born as normal as any child in America, young Sam Williams was a bright student with aspirations of a career in the U.S Navy. 3 days after his acceptance into the Naval Academy in Annapolis, things changed for Sam, persistent pain in his back and unusually rapid recovery from small bumps and bruises began to worry him. Sam contacted the local branch of G.I.F.T to begin running some tests, then things got...weird. The back pain increased a hundred fold, and while undergoing tests at the hospital apendages sprouted from his back, in hours he had fully formed wings enabling flight. The test results showed that Sam was "gifted" with a high regeneration rate, at this point Sam realized his "gifts" were not be used in the Navy, but here in Paragon. He set about making a lightly armored suit and mask to give him the look of the Great Bald Eagle, and armed himself with what he calls the "Talons Of Justice". He takes to the skies of our fair city, swooping down on evil wherever he sees it!
